Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a Senior Odoo Implementer at Ibnsina Pharma involves both on-site work at Qesm El Obour and the possibility of some remote work. The Senior Odoo Implementer will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring, and customizing the Odoo ERP system to match business needs. They will also provide training and support to end-users, perform system testing, and troubleshoot any issues. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with various departments to optimize the ERP system's functionality and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in configuring and customizing Odoo ERP system and other similar ERP systems
  • Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Strong skills in system testing, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments
  • Ability to work both on-site and remotely as needed
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory
