Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries professionally across all communication channels, including phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate and updated information regarding projects, handover processes, timelines, and available services.
  • Manage and monitor all customer communication platforms to ensure timely responses and consistent service quality.
  • Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations, reports, dashboards, and departmental documents as required.
  • Use internal applications and CRM systems to log cases, track customer requests, and update client records accurately.
  • Attend internal and external meetings and document clear, well-structured meeting minutes.
  • Follow up with clients through various channels to ensure their concerns are resolved and service standards are met.
  • Support customer care operations by organizing customer visits, unit inspections, and handover appointments.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
  • Ensure full compliance with company procedures, customer service guidelines, and communication standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer care within the real estate industry (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take clear and structured meeting minutes.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Presentable and customer-oriented personality.

Work Conditions:

  • location: Sheraton, Cairo / New Cairo
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working hours: 10:00am to 06:00pm
