Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tele sales Representative to join our digital marketing agency in Zahraa El Maadi. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in tele sales at a digital marketing or advertising agency. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals over the phone, and helping grow our client base with targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our digital marketing and advertising services.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone handling skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., social media ads, SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, branding, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Presentable, professional, and persuasive.
