Architect Sales Engineer

About Rule:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven 
Sales Engineer
 to join our architectural office in Cairo. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of promoting and selling our comprehensive architectural and engineering services, including architectural design, interior design, working drawings, BIM, supervision, and consultancy.

Your mission is to engage with potential clients, build lasting business relationships, and drive revenue growth while strengthening our market presence in the competitive construction and architectural services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Marketing

Promote and present the firm's architectural and engineering services to potential clients

Prepare technical and financial proposals in coordination with design and management teams

Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into signed contracts

Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans implementation

  1. Client Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, contractors, consultants, and individual clients

Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and match them with firm services

Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business through effective after-sales follow-up

  1. Technical Support

Explain technical aspects of architectural services to non-technical clients

Coordinate with the design team to prepare marketing materials, portfolios, and presentations

  1. Reporting & Market Research

Provide regular reports on sales activities, new leads, signed contracts, and forecasts

Monitor market trends and competitors, suggesting strategies to enhance visibility and increase market share

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Architecture preferred)

0–2 years of experience – Fresh graduates and junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Sales training will be provided

Good understanding of architectural and construction services

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tools experience is a plus
