Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a Only medical, pharmacy, science, or veterinary background to drive business development and foster long-term client relationships across the region.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who understands the pharma market landscape and is passionate about delivering value-added services to clients in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors


• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships


• Promote Consultile's full portfolio of services to potential and existing clients


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy


• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements:


• Only Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.


• Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales or key account management role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


• Fluent in English.


• Experience in the Gulf region is an advantage.
