Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company's real estate projects, drive lead generation, and strengthen brand positioning. The role oversees all marketing activities, campaigns, and content creation, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market trends in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email, lead generation).
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure marketing plans support sales targets and project launches.
  • Manage branding, creative content, brochures, digital assets, and project presentations.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, campaign ROI, and performance dashboards.
  • Manage external agencies for advertising, media buying, and creative production.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, and customer behavior.
  • Lead project launch activities including events, exhibitions, and open-house campaigns.
  • Supervise the creation of property videos, 3D renderings, and visual content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with real estate regulations and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media performance and maintain a strong online presence.
  • Support CRM initiatives, customer engagement activities, and lead nurturing workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing, lead generation, and project branding.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, creative direction, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project timelines.
