Job Description:

- Attendance & Leave Management

  • Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system (Fingerprint machine).
  • Follow up and enter data for every transaction on the attendance system (missing punch, shift edits, corrections, etc.).
  • Provide periodic reports on employees' regularity, including attendance, absence, vacations, sick leaves, and lateness.
  • Control the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.

- Social & Medical Insurance

  • Handle all Social Insurance procedures (Form 1, Form 2, Form 6, salary updates, file management).
  • Handle Medical Insurance procedures, including employee enrollment, termination, and ongoing updates.

- Governmental Relations

  • Deal with external governmental offices such as the Labor Office and Social Insurance Office.
  • Ensure compliance with all Egyptian Labor Law requirements.

- Personnel Documentation

  • Create, maintain, and update personnel files in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Keep employee records accurate, complete, and up to date.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • 3–5 years of experience in Personnel .
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Excellent command of MS Office and attendance systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
