Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing team performance, analyzing market trends, fostering a collaborative environment, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also requires generating reports and providing insights to drive continuous team improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research, sales data interpretation, and strategy formulation
  • Proven Team Management abilities combined with leadership skills to guide and support the team effectively
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Demonstrated Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in decision making, problem-solving, and goal-oriented planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or a related industry is advantageous 3 years as a Sales team leader
