Glamera is hiring a Sales Team Lead to take charge of a high-performing SaaS sales team focused on the Gulf market.


Key Responsibilities & Duties

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and develop their skills.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to assess progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide feedback, sales techniques, and industry best practices to improve success rates.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture within the team.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure the team builds and maintains strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Handle high-value or escalated client negotiations and concerns to secure deals and ensure satisfaction.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, revenue growth, lead response time).
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales forecasting.
  • Ensure the team effectively follows up on leads and closes deals in a timely manner.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior management.
  • Analyze sales reports and data to identify trends, improvement areas, and process bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and share actionable insights for continuous business growth.


Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in SaaS sales, including at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven success in selling to the Gulf market—deep understanding of regional dynamics is a must.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams to consistently improve performance.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills to drive team objectives and company growth.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and client management.
  • Skilled in managing client objections and resolving escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Data-driven mindset—proficient in analyzing sales trends, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing processes.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • High adaptability to changing market conditions, team needs, and company strategies.
