Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales professional at New Start Real Estate, located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Senior Sales role involves managing sales activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets. The Senior Sales professional will also have a role in training and mentoring junior sales team members to ensure continuous improvement and success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Proven expertise in Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales Management, including developing strategies and leading a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
