We're looking for a
Tech Lead (Full Stack | NodeJS, Angular, Flutter)
to take the lead in shaping, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance applications. You'll drive the technical direction across backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps, while mentoring a talented engineering team and ensuring world-class code quality.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, develop, and optimize backend services using
    TypeScript, NestJS (NodeJS framework), PostgreSQL, Objection & Knex ORM, and GraphQL
    .
  • Guide the development of modern web applications with
    Angular 17, Bootstrap, Apollo GraphQL, and PrimeNG
    .
  • Oversee mobile app development built with
    Flutter, Firebase, Fastlane, Android Studio, and Xcode
    .
  • Manage
    DevOps operations
    using
    Docker, Nginx, GitLab CI/CD, Mattermost, Sentry, and Grafana
    .
  • Ensure top-tier software quality through
    Selenium WebDriver
    and
    SHAFT Engine (Java)
    .
  • Mentor and inspire engineers, set best practices, and lead continuous improvement initiatives .

What we are Looking for:

  • Proven experience as a
    Tech Lead
    or
    Senior Engineer
    across backend, frontend, and mobile development.
  • Strong expertise in
    NestJS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and Angular
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Flutter, Firebase
    , and
    DevOps tools
    (Docker, Nginx, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and solid experience in
    system design and architecture
    .
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
