Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Dispatcher located in Cairo, Egypt. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers, managing fleet schedules, and ensuring timely vehicle assignments. Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, handling phone calls, monitoring service deliveries, and maintaining communication with drivers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
  • Experienced in Dispatching and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
