We provide detailed profiles of each proposed security guard before initiating any contract.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Dispatcher based in Cairo, Egypt. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating security dispatch operations. Daily tasks include receiving and processing security service requests, dispatching security personnel to various client sites, monitoring the status of dispatched units, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and security staff. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with security services and operations is a plus
