Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Lead / Manager to drive revenue growth for Profolio and OVARC by converting leads in Egypt and internationally. The ideal candidate will:

● Lead a small sales team (SDRs, AEs) and mentor for high performance

● Drive pipeline development for current competitor clients in Egypt and new international leads

● Oversee sales process, forecasting, and reporting

● Execute strategic initiatives to convert high-value B2B clients in complex solutions

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and coach SDRs/AEs, ensuring consistent performance

● Develop and implement sales strategies to capture high-value leads

● Drive conversions for current competitor clients in Egypt

● Execute outbound campaigns for international leads expanding to Egypt/MENA

● Manage CRM, sales dashboards, and pipeline reporting

● Collaborate with Marketing/Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding

● Negotiate contracts and close enterprise deals

● Provide weekly updates to leadership on pipeline, deals, and team performance

Required Qualifications

● 5–7+ years in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, HR, payroll, or outsourcing solutions

● Proven track record managing sales teams and meeting/exceeding targets

● Experience in cross-border / international expansions, ideally in Egypt/MENA

● Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
