    Sales Account Manager
    to join our team and drive business growth by nurturing client relationships and unlocking new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
  • Build and expand business relationships through proactive engagement and strategic use of industry connections.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and business reviews with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strengthen client relationships by providing exceptional service, timely support, and customized solutions.
  • Drive business expansion with existing clients by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly
    Business Review Meetings
    with clients to assess satisfaction, performance, and partnership growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Vendor Management, and Finance teams to ensure smooth client operations and issue resolution.
  • Keep clients informed about TTG's new services, innovations, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Contribute to the company's financial objectives by maintaining a healthy pipeline and achieving personal revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present
    monthly sales and performance reports
    to management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business risks and new opportunities.
  • Gather and share client feedback, insights, and improvement suggestions with senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration
    ,
    Marketing
    , or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years
    of experience in
    Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
    , preferably in the localization, technology, or service industry.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (verbal and written).
  • Proven track record in
    negotiation, client retention, and closing deals
    .
  • Strong
    relationship management
    and
    strategic account development
    skills.
  • High level of professionalism, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong presentation and analytical reporting skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
