Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group IT Director, located in Maadi, with potential commute to subsideries locations in Cairo. The Group IT Director will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and management of IT systems and operations. Responsible for developing and leading the Group's overall technology strategy and ensuring full alignment of all operating companies' IT functions. The role oversees strategic planning, cybersecurity, digital transformation, systems governance, and technology investment across the Group. The position ensures that each company's IT team executes technology initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, data integrity, and future readiness.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is a must.
  • Master's degree (MBA or IT Management) preferred

Experience

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in senior Managerial Role
  • Proven experience overseeing multi-company or multi-country IT operations
  • Successful delivery of ERP, digital transformation, and cybersecurity projects
