Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Junior Art Director to join our dynamic digital agency. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, leadership potential, and a passion for digital branding and design. You will work across various industries and clients, leading a team of designers with different experience levels to deliver high-impact, visually compelling content that aligns with brand strategy and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the creative direction and visual development for a range of digital projects including social media campaigns, websites, branding, digital ads, presentations, and other marketing materials.


• Supervise and mentor a team of designers (junior to senior levels), ensuring high standards of creativity and execution.


• Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, strategists, and developers to bring creative ideas to life.


• Participate in client meetings to present concepts, respond to feedback, and support creative discussions when needed.


• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.


• Stay up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and best practices in digital and branding design.


• Ensure consistency in branding across all deliverables for each client.


• Translate client briefs into engaging visuals and campaign concepts.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in a digital agency or creative environment, with a strong portfolio of digital work.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…).


• Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.


• Experience managing or mentoring.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and teams effectively under pressure.


• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and collaborative team spirit.
