Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Moderator located in Qesm 2nd Nasser City. The Social Media Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and managing social media platforms, engaging with community members, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring community guidelines are maintained. The role also involves reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, the moderator will assess and report on user engagement and social trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community management, and social media best practices
  • Excellent written communication and content moderation skills
  • Ability to analyze user engagement and identify trends
  • Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques and enforcing community guidelines
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify inappropriate or non-compliant content
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in social media moderation or community management is advantageous
