About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Social Media Moderator
to manage and monitor our social media presence across
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat
. You'll be the brand's voice online — ensuring all interactions reflect our tone, values, and community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily activity across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat).
  • Respond promptly to comments, DMs, mentions, and inquiries in a professional, brand-aligned tone.
  • Manage and report any inappropriate content or user behavior.
  • Support the marketing team with engagement strategies to boost reach and audience interaction.
  • Track and report weekly engagement metrics and community insights.
  • Attend
    weekly offline meetings
    in Cairo with the team.

Requirements:

  • Based in Cairo, Egypt
    (mandatory).
  • Availability to attend
    weekly offline team meetings
    .
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of
    English and Arabic
    (written & spoken).
  • Strong understanding of platform dynamics — especially Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat trends.
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable handling high volumes of online interactions.

Preferred:

  • Background in marketing, communications, or content creation.
  • Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or Hootsuite.
