Job Purpose:

To manage the company's social media platforms by creating, publishing, and moderating engaging real estate content that increases brand awareness, generates leads, and maintains a positive online image for the company.

1- Content Creation

  • Create and design social media posts, reels, videos, and stories related to the company's projects, offers, and real estate news.
  • Write clear and attractive captions in both English and Arabic when needed.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and sales objectives.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and update official pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Schedule posts and ensure consistent posting across all channels.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions daily.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries and leads.

3. Engagement & Moderation

  • Build and maintain an active online community.
  • Engage with followers by replying to questions, comments, and private messages.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads).

qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or Communication (preferred).

2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus).

Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Arabic.
