Job Summary:
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cooking school's front office, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing excellent customer service to students and visitors. This role serves as the first point of contact for the school, handling inquiries, managing bookings, and supporting both students and staff to create a positive learning environment.
Scope and Impact of Job:
This position involves providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between stakeholders, supporting operational needs, and contributing to quality assurance. By effectively handling these key areas, the Coordinator ensures a smooth, welcoming, and high-quality learning environment for students while supporting the overall success of the cooking school.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Staff Supervisory
Duties and Responsibilities :
Greet and assist class attendees and visitors.
- Provide information about cooking courses and programs.
- Address and resolve clients' concerns or complaints.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the front office.
- Manage bookings for cooking classes and diplomas.
- Deliver certificates of attendance at the end of each class.
- Handle phone and email inquiries when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of class/event registrations and payments.
- Provide support to kitchen staff when needed with for class preparation.
- Support instructors with administrative needs.
- Coordinate with Purchasing team to order market list and kitchen supplies.
- Assist in tracking kitchen equipment and ingredients inventory.
- Assist in taking photos in the kitchen classes.
- Collect customers testimonials and feedback.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in public relations, Marketing, or related field.
Fluent English and Arabic speaking and email writing skills.
Excellent Networking Skills and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the culinary industry and current trends.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
