Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Front Desk Staff member. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls using appropriate phone etiquette, managing schedules and appointments, and maintaining the front desk and reception area in a professional and organized manner. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring positive interactions with clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with office software
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on professionalism
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
