Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader, based in Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting team training, providing feedback and mentorship, and fostering a positive team environment to enhance sales productivity. The Sales Team Leader will also engage directly with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, team leadership, and successful achievement of sales targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve high performance
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies and goal setting
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
