We're Hiring | Sales Team Leader – Business Development (Software & Marketing Sales)

We are looking for a high-energy Team Leader – Business Development to drive growth at TOT. In this role, you won't be managing social media ads or creative content; instead, you will be leading a team dedicated to selling our specialized software solutions and marketing service scopes to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Scale: Manage and motivate a team of Business Development Associates to hit aggressive sales targets for software and marketing packages.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
Solution Selling: Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch the right mix of software products and marketing service scopes.
Performance Coaching: Monitor the sales pipeline, provide hands-on closing support, and coach the team on advanced negotiation techniques.
Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in the software and digital agency landscape to keep our sales pitch competitive.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Sales / Business Development, specifically selling Software (SaaS/Custom) or Digital Marketing Agency services.
Leadership: Prior experience leading or supervising a sales team is a must.
Consultative Sales Skills: Ability to explain technical software features and the ROI of marketing services to C-level executives.
Target-Driven: A history of consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
