Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Sales Team Leader, based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual will manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, maintaining relationships with educational institutions and clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive performance. The role also entails delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring team alignment with the company's mission and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate a team to achieve targets
  • Excellent Sales expertise and Customer Service skills to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to develop effective strategies and assess performance metrics
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the education industry and a proven track record in sales leadership
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
