Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Nasr City, Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, setting goals, and ensuring targets are met. Daily tasks include analysing sales data, coaching team members, providing excellent customer service, and fostering strong communication within the team. The role also involves developing sales strategies and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Team Management and the ability to inspire and lead a team
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess performance and strategize improvements
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, particularly Hajj and Umrah, is a plus
  • Proactive mindset and capacity to work independently
