Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in 6th of October for a Junior Business Analyst. The Junior Business Analyst will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping business processes, and supporting the implementation of agile solutions. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, identifying operational improvements, and generating reports to support decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Analytical Thinking, Business Analysis, and identifying areas for process improvement
  • Proficiency in Business Process Mapping and defining Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Familiarity with tax systems or knowledge in digital transformation is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment with a collaborative team
