To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for an IT Vendor Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Procurement department to create master service agreements, work orders and purchase orders
  • Perform pre-contract due diligence review and post-contract monitoring activities
  • Track the licenses expiry, actual vendor costs, identify variances, and reforecast vendor costs as needed
  • Create and analyze weekly/monthly reports that provide management insight to vendor utilization
  • Document the processes, policies with Vendor and Procurement, including tracking the invoices, payment and licenses expiry with involving all stakeholders.
  • Get the RFQ from vendors as per the IT team requirements and review the agreement and submit it in ERP system for Procurement process.
  • Follow with Vendor security assessment requirements and with lawyer for any new quotation required to get their approval before issue the PO.
  • defining report as per the requirements
  • Request inputs from key stakeholders (IT, Network, System) and follow with the asset owner for renewal or new items requirements.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Evaluating the performance of existing vendors using rating scales to assess their performance in areas such as quality of work, timeliness of delivery, and customer service, etc……

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, analytics or equivalent discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Vendor/outsourcing communication and agreement knowledge
  • Procurement experience and knowledge.
  • Ability to translate raw data into actionable executive summaries
  • Knowledge to use DATA Tools such as (Tableau, Power BI,….etc)--prefered
  • Communication (Arabic/English) written and oral and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent aptitude in Microsoft suite of product (excel, word, PPT) a must.
