Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Inspection of the received materials and ensuring the conformity with codes, specifications, and certificates (MTC & Traceability).
  • Review all the QA/QC documentation (ITP, MOS, Quality Plan, Work procedures, etc.).
  • Performing all inspection activities such as: fabrication, welding, coating, etc
  • Performing all visual and dimensional inspections.
  • Inspect the executed works against the project specifications, approved shop drawing, method statement, and Quality control standard procedures.
  • Managing, supervising, and conducting all NDE activities.
  • Initiate the NCR for any discrepancies or nonconformance activities.
  • Handing over the executed works to the client.
  • Coordination with the subcontractors.
Qualifications:
  • BSC in Engineering – Mechanical or Petroleum with welding, inspection, and NDE education
  • Strong knowledge of the universal codes, such as ASME II, ASME V, ASME IX, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, AWS D1.1, API 650, API 570.
  • ASNT NDT level II Course in (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT) with Certification.
