Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist located in Heliopolis. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities also include maintaining store displays, generating sales by demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Qualifications

  • Retail Sales and in-depth Product Knowledge to assist customers and drive sales effectively
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication to interact with diverse customer profiles
  • Customer Service expertise to enhance the shopping experience and build long-term relationships
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus
