Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Haram for a Haram Retail Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, achieving sales targets, implementing store policies, ensuring the store meets visual merchandising standards, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The role also involves training and motivating staff, resolving customer issues, and generating reports to track performance and ensure the branch operates efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, team management, and the ability to inspire and motivate staff members.
  • Strong customer service, sales, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in inventory management and ensuring operational efficiency in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address customer concerns and foster a positive team environment.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities suited to a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Relevant experience in retail management is highly recommended.
  • Knowledge of the local market and trends is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
