Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven
Fashion Retail Merchandiser
to plan product ranges, manage stock levels, and develop visual and commercial strategies to maximize sales across our retail network.

This role includes
direct communication with international brands and suppliers outside Egypt
, with a strong focus on apparel, accessories, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage
  product ranges
  based on fashion trends, seasonal demand, and customer demographics.
• Analyze
  buying patterns and sales performance
  to develop effective sales strategies.
• Control and optimize
  stock levels
  to ensure availability and reduce overstock and shortages.
• Coordinate purchasing, follow up on deliveries, and
  negotiate with international suppliers and global brands
  .
• Collaborate with
  buyers, designers, marketing, and visual merchandising teams
  on campaigns and in-store displays.
• Plan
  store layouts and visual displays
  to maximize sell-through and profitability.
• Monitor slow-moving items and implement
  promotional actions
  to improve stock turnover.
• Perform
  sales forecasting and profit analysis
  .
• Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
• Prepare regular
  sales, stock, and performance reports
  for management.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of
  fashion trends, retail market analysis, and consumer behavior
  .
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong proficiency in
  Excel, BI, and data systems
  .
• Strong
  communication and negotiation skills
  for dealing with international suppliers.
• High collaboration ability with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to forecast sales and optimize product placement for profitability.
• 2–5 years of experience in
  fashion retail merchandising
  .
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
  is mandatory.
