Job Summary
:

This role is responsible to lead a Team of Business associate researcher and meeting set KPIs.

This role reports to the
Senior Manager- Data & Operations
.

Responsibilities
:

  • Track & monitor delivery of Business Information Reports, Business Rating Report and Data Projects
  • Manage customer escalations.
  • Assist the team on the queries raised on the quality of the reports
  • Assist the Operations team on any minor technical issues
  • Document processes and provide trainings
  • manage data build actives

Qualification and Experience:

  • 3+ years in Operational environment with MNC in a team leader role
  • Masters Qualification in relevant field
  • Six Sigma/ Project Management Professional is a plus
  • Microsoft Access Excel, Word & PPT
