About the Role
: To lead and manage the e-commerce business for our international brands, driving online sales growth ensuring brand consistency and customer experience across borders.

Responsibilities
:

  • Ensure alignment and integration between online channels and ECOM warehouse.
  • Manage product catalogue, pricing, promotions, and content for the markets, working with merchandising and buying.
  • Deliver the e-commerce strategy.
  • Analyze online retail data: sales, traffic, conversion, AOV (average order value), repeat rate, inventory sell-through; produce insights and action plans.
  • Coordinate with digital teams to implement platform enhancements, best-practices, and localization requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional project execution: new channel launches, marketplace partnerships, partner/distributor integrations, store-online sync.
  • Establish and maintain brand standards across channels (online site experience, app, store) ensuring the brand message is appropriately localized.
  • Work closely with logistics/fulfilment to optimize delivery, returns, inventory availability and fulfilment cost.
  • Serve as point of contact for technology vendors in the areas of SEO, analytics, content, payments, catalog, email, loyalty, messaging or other functions.

Additional Responsibilities
:

  • Support digital marketing and ecommerce platform team with digital domain expertise and solid project management fundamentals.
  • Connect teams and stakeholders across IT, Digital, Creative, Content, Retail and Marketing groups.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field; Master's or MBA preferred for senior roles.
  • 15+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail (preferably in footwear/apparel or consumer lifestyle brand).
  • Proven track record of managing online retail business in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities; ability to adapt to change is important.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities: ability to coordinate across HQ, digital vendors, logistics partners.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to drive multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Fluency in English.
