Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will manage customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include answering calls, responding to emails, handling customer support-related concerns, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support roles
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication skills in English
