𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Operations Engineer

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Develop and implement a maintenance plan for emergency department equipment, outlining procedures and timelines and follow-up on implementation.

Monitor and update emergency response plans for dangerous situations.

Create internal training programs for technicians to advance their skills and performance.

Conduct routine meetings to discuss lessons learned from incidents and near misses.

Establish emergency simulation exercises to enhance team readiness.

Review calibration certificates to determine equipment status for repair or replacement.

Track daily cases and ensure accurate data entry in the system.

Maintain an emergency database with critical information for response.

Monitor technician performance and generate evaluation reports.

Conduct routine inspections on pipelines to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Prepare requests for maintenance supplies and manage inventory levels effectively.

Generate technical and administrative reports to track work progress and resolve client issues.

Execute Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

1_3 years of relevant experience, preferably maintenance management (developing and implementing maintenance plans) or operations in an emergency environment.

Excellent communication skills for client interaction and report preparation.

Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and practices.
