G Developments is looking for an IT Operations Supervisor.

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle IT support operations and supervise technical activities onsite. The IT Operations Supervisor will ensure smooth daily IT functionality, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and oversee field technicians working on network and infrastructure installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Act as first and second line support for Operating System, Software, Hardware, Printers, and Networking issues.
  • Respond to IT-related inquiries and problems via phone and face-to-face.
  • Troubleshoot networking and infrastructure issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot access control systems (ANPR, RFID, and similar technologies).
  • Supervise technicians working on network and infrastructure installations in the field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as MCP, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong experience in Windows 10/11 client troubleshooting.
  • Practical knowledge of network infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with access control systems.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Location: North Coast

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days:
Sunday to Thursday
