Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key tasks include monitoring productivity, implementing operational strategies, analyzing workflow processes, and coordinating with various departments to optimize efficiency. The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively manage and support staff while maintaining a productive work environment.
