Job Description:
As the Assistant Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the daily activities of the CEO's office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating projects, and facilitating effective communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while prioritizing urgent matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate.
- Organize and maintain office files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
