Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of ERP solutions, with a strong focus on HR systems. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand and meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell ERP solutions, including HR systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and support teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications and Criteria

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the software industry.Previous experience selling HR systems or related software solutions.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems and their applications in business operations.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and build strong client relationships.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
