Relationship Officer

Role Overview:

As a Relationship Officer, you will be entrusted with managing and expanding a portfolio of key clients. Your ability to understand their financial needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive long-term engagement will directly impact our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and present customized financial solutions.
  • Proactively identify upselling .
  • Achieve assigned targets related to customer retention, acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 0–1 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
