Role Overview:

responsible for EBS changes quality and validation, User access management, evaluating audit findings and follow-up responses and action plans and their implementation. Provide reasonable assurance regarding compliance with all IT Policies and Procedures. monitoring and reviewing critical systems LOGs and all IT activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IT pre-audit on Oracle application, Oracle database and IT Infrastructure and their potential risks and provide recommendations in line with policies, regulations and IT best practice.
  • Focal point between different IT audits (internal – External) and IT department to discuss Audit scope and Plan.
  • Gather and evaluate different working papers and evidence required from IT Audit (Internal – External)
  • Follow-up responses / action plans of IT function areas and their implementation in relation of IT Audit findings.
  • Review current IT Policies and Procedures in order to provide a reasonable assurance regarding compliance with these documents.
  • Review Change Management IT processes before being applied into production environment.
  • Review User Access Management process to ensure access rights and apply segregation of Duties principle.
  • Monitor and review critical logs over the Application, Database, and Infrastructure consistent with information security policy for possible unauthorized changes or intrusion.
  • Monitor and review administrative activities across Oracle application, Oracle database and Infrastructure
  • Review physical access to IT assets, access control systems.
  • Reviewing BRDs with function teams for any comments regarding automation process

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.

Industry Experience: 4-6 years

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS, Audit

Language Skills: Fluent in English

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and improving the overall quality assurance processes within the IT environment.
