Job Objectives:

To manage and support the structural engineering technical office activities, ensuring shop drawings, calculations, and material submissions align with project requirements, engineering codes, and client specifications. Provide technical support to the site and contribute to the timely and cost-effective delivery of structural works.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and update structural shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Perform structural calculations, quantity surveying, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and other disciplines (MEP, architectural) to resolve design and execution conflicts.

Review and approve material submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Support procurement activities by providing accurate BOQs and technical inputs.

Provide technical guidance to site teams during the execution of structural works.

Monitor progress and prepare technical reports related to structural activities.

Participate in value engineering proposals and design optimizations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

5–8 years of experience in structural technical office roles within the construction industry in Egypt.

Strong knowledge of concrete and steel structures, reinforcement detailing, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, and MS Office.

Good understanding of Egyptian codes and international standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
