Role Description

  • Overseeing Maintenance and Repair Operations.
  • Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition and safe for use.
  • Developing Maintenance Plans: Create and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Managing a Team: Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Maintain compliance with QHSE regulations and inspection requirements.
  • Ensure all equipment and vehicles meet industry standards.
  • Budget Management: Manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations departments to minimize downtime.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly inspect vehicles and equipment, monitor performance metrics, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs.
  • The Maintenance Director plays a critical role in the smooth operation of the transportation company, ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are maintained efficiently and safely.

  • Supervisory Skills
  • Maintenance & Repair, Maintenance Management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

  • Bus Maintenance operation experience is a must.

  • Qualifications: 10 – 20 years of experience

  • Governmental University Graduated
  • Mechatronic / Power mechanic
