Role Description

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. They will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The role involves building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating the interview process. The Senior Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
  • Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the HR field, particularly in technical recruitment, is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
