Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MODERN TRADE & HORECA

Supervisor at Al-kaff Co for trading in New Cairo. The Supervisor will:

1-Develop and implement sales strategies for
modern trade and HORECA channels
to drive volume, visibility, and profitability.

2-Build and maintain strong relationships with
supermarkets, hypermarkets, coffee shop chains, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and distributors
.

3- Secure
product listings
and negotiate
shelf space, promotions, visibility agreements, and long-term contracts
.

4- Lead
negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies
to maximize win-win partnerships.

5-Identify
new business opportunities
and open new key accounts across Greater Cairo and other regions.

6- Collaborate with
marketing and supply chain teams
to ensure smooth execution of trade activities and order fulfillment.

7-Monitor
market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance
, adjusting tactics proactively.

8-Meet and exceed
sales targets
, ensuring consistent business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in trade activities, market analysis, and relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement trade strategies
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis and performance optimization
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern trade & HORECA sales in the FMCG or beverages industry.

Proven track record of developing business and closing high-value deals.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Leadership capability and ability to work under pressure in a competitive market.

Valid driving license.

Able to work in
