Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts and facilitating sales processes. Daily tasks will involve communicating with customers, addressing inquiries, identifying potential sales opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is a plus
