Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Nozha for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will identify and generate leads, establish and maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include contacting prospects, understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries. The role requires close coordination with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in electronics or games from 2 years
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a strong focus on building pipelines and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service principles to effectively engage prospects and address client needs
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining strong relationships
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify and resolve customer concerns
- Motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
