About Us

Mr. Beard is a leading brand specializing in premium beard-care and men's grooming products. We are expanding our presence at Mall of Arabia and are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers at the Mr. Beard booth and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beard-care and grooming products.
  • Demonstrate product use and explain benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain booth appearance, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and full stock levels.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve store performance.
  • Promote new arrivals, special offers, and product bundles.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, grooming, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for grooming and customer engagement.
