Customer Success Specialist
who's fluent in English, data-driven, and passionate about helping clients grow with us
What You'll Do
- Build strong, healthy relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement.
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions to help customers achieve more with our products.
- Analyze customer usage vs. purchases and suggest ways to maximize ROI.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to remove roadblocks and enhance client experience.
- Share customer success stories and best practices internally to inspire improvement.
What You'll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in
Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
(preferably in tech). - Proven track record in managing client accounts and growing relationships.
- Fluent English
(verbal & written) — confident with C-level discussions. - Experience using CRM tools.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A people-first mindset with a focus on results and relationship-building.
